The warm welcome and the private parking space. The location relative to the center and the clean, spacious room with air conditioning, which was very nice because it was bloody hot that day and night. The property looked well-maintained; you could tell that it had been renovated with love. The shower was lovely and the breakfast was freshly made.

Wonderful B&B. You were so friendly and very responsive. The room was super, big and we appreciated the sofa, living area. It was very clean as well. Great location and handy having the off street parking.

Lovely B and B with very friendly hosts. Excellent breakfast and little treats left in room each day. Spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and modern decor. Twin room at back so quiet for sleeping. Short walk from Canterbury East station and 15-20 mins walk to town centre. Highly recommended.

Terry and Chris were really nice hosts. The place was nicely and cozy decorated. Easy walking distance to the city center. Delicious breakfast with several choices on the hot side.

Lovely B&B in a great location for the centre of Canterbury. Takes about 10 mins to walk to the centre. Rooms were nicely done, clean and modern with some little touches to make you feel welcome. Breakfast was delicious. Parking available for our car so we didn't have to worry about that. Highly recommend for a visit to Canterbury.

Beautiful period end terrace property with free parking which is indeed a bonus in Canterbury. Our room had everything we needed for our overnight stay including a mini fridge with fresh milk available and compact modern shower room. Breakfast was pre-order and perfectly sized. We opted for full English, veg sausage also available. Cereals and fruit available should you so wish. Couldn't fault the service we received, so would thoroughly recommend The Wincheap.

Terry and Chris were wonderful hosts and kindly arranged for us to store our bags before and after check in so we could explore more of Canterbury unburdened. The room was lovely and it felt like they had paid a lot of attention to little added details. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the room was very quiet. Breakfast had lots of delicious options and there was a coffee machine downstairs in addition to the kettle in the room. The location was perfect, a few minutes from Canterbury East station and a short walk to town and Canterbury West station, and they provided some added information to help us plan our stay.

A perfect location just a 10 minute walk into Canterbury Town centre. Parking is available just a couple of minutes away which is a huge bonus. Would definitely recommend the Wincheap, very high standards and excellent breakfast choices.

Enjoyed our stay for three nights thoroughly. The place is spotlessly clean and comfortable. Our hosts are immensely hospitable and accommodating. Conveniently located, walking distance to city centre. Highly recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Canterbury.

Excellent breakfast with good vegetarian options. I think being a few minutes walk from the town centre meant it was in quieter area at night so there wasn't outside disturbances, but I felt safe walking back a 10:30pm. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for a short city break. I will certainly stay there again.

The owners were extremely helpful. We did forget a pair of EarPods in the room and we found out after we departed. The owners were extremely helpful and did send them via post to our home in the Netherlands. ????????????

The b&b is just a ten minute walk from the centre and it was lovely. The room was cozy and super clean. The staff was absolutely amazing, helpful and friendly. We had a lovely breakfast in the morning, with lots of choices and the food was delicious.

Very clean and comfortable - room lovely. Perfect location for a short weekend break. Easy to walk into the city centre. The hosts were very accommodating - I left my phone charger in the room and within a week it had been posted back to me!

Excellent location, 10 minutes walk into the centre of Canterbury. Hosts were very welcoming & the room was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Free off road parking also a bonus. Would definitely stay here again when in the area. 10/10

Everything was excellent - spotlessly clean, 5 star room, wonderful breakfast and hospitable hosts. Very well situated as the city centre is very close. Really appreciated being able to park on site as parking in city centres overnight can be tricky.
